Shima-kai Martial Arts is a dojo, in the budo tradition. As such, ages are restricted to 19+. There maybe a provision for younger practitioners at the instructors discretion.  We are located at the St. John’s Martial Arts Centre, 21 Mews Place (behind Pippy Place) www.stjohnsmartialartscentre.com

Fridays 6:00p-7:00p Shotokan Karate
Sundays 1:00p-2:00p Ryukyu Kobujutsu

Training Fees
$60.00 per month for one class of Karate or Kobujutsu.
$100.00 per month for both classes of Karate and Kobujutsu.

We follow the 3 semester schedule. Fees are paid by semester, in advance.

Fall: Sept-Dec $240.00 for one and $400.00 for both, plus association fees.
Winter: Jan-Apr $240.00 for one and $400.00 for both, plus association fees.
Summer: May-Aug $120.00 for one and $200.00 for both, plus association fees.

Association fees
Karate: $20.00 per year
Kobujutsu: $25.00 per year
